Ken Bostick Joins Hebron Engineering Team

We are very pleased to announce that Ken Bostick has joined the EST Engineering Team! Ken will be serving at our EST Hebron facility, and he brings a wealth of thermal spray coating knowledge with him. He comes to us from Tulsa, Oklahoma where he worked for the past 13 years in the thermal spray coatings field, most recently at South West United. The majority of his coating experience has been working on aerospace parts including landing gear, engine components, wings, and air frames. As a coatings engineer, he has developed expertise in robotics, coating processes, process controls, spray technologies, and process efficiency.

Ken's educational background is in criminal justice. He continues to serve in the Army Reserve, and he has over 15 years total service in the military. As a soldier, Ken served two tours in Afghanistan and one tour in Egypt. He says his military training has given him a solid work ethic and discipline that carries into his work at Ellison. Ken is excited to be a part of the EST team. "There is more room for advancement and opportunity to make a positive difference here at Ellison than anywhere else I have worked. They really let me do my job here and make suggestions for tightening up tolerances." Ken comments. "I am also impressed with the amount of concern the company has for charities and giving back to the community."

Ken has a lovely wife, Faith, and three children, Dakota, 10, Madison, 6, and Shawnee, 3. He and his family reside in Florence, Kentucky.
