EST
KENTUCKY
In 1986, Ellison Surface Technologies began operation at our flagship location in Hebron, Kentucky. This facility is
designed specifically for coating and has been expanded to over
twice the original size. The equipment and facilities have
been refined and expanded to encompass many varieties of coating
capabilities.
EST
VERMONT
In 1997 Ellison
Surface Technologies unveiled our state-of-the-art
facility in Rutland, Vermont. This fully automated operation is designed
to handle production quantities of industrial and aerospace parts,
currently producing over 35,000 parts per week (over 100 part
numbers with varied lot sizes). This type of efficiency led the Rutland, Vermont facility to achieve NADCAP Merit
List status. After only three years in operation, EST Vermont was honored with the RIT
USA Today quality
cup competition for delivering Six Sigma quality.
EST TENNESSEE
Ellison Surface Technologies Wartburg, Tennessee was acquired
in 2001 to augment our surface treatment capability. The plant
provides cost-effective production coating solutions for rubber,
metal and plastics. Coating types include organic and inorganic
coatings designed to provide solutions for corrosion, chemical
resistance, abrasion resistance, lubrication, wear resistance
and MORE! In 2008, EST Tennessee added powder coating services to its capabilities.
EST ARIZONA
In 2006, Ellison Surface Technologies acquired Phoenix-based
Special Processes of Arizona to establish our Phoenix, Arizona facility. With
this acquisition comes expanded capacity from six Thermal Spray
Booths with HVOF and Plasma Spray capabilities, as well as two
new service offerings: Heat Treatment and Brazing. Our Phoenix operation is strategically located near numerous aerospace, industrial and power generation companies.
